Every student must have 75% attendance during the school year April to March. Candidates whose attendance is below 75% of the working days are ordinarily not eligible to sit for examination.

​ No students, whose attendance is below 75% of the working days in the academic year, will be permitted to appear either the half yearly or the final examination.

​1. All students must participate in all school activities. They must learn to work and play together.
2. Participation in all college functions is obligatory. Failure to comply with this is, punishable as deemed fit by the principal.

1. Two examinations-Half Yearly and Final Examinations are held during the academic year.
2. Nursery section have 4 Unit Tests
3. Tests are held in each subject and the marks are added to the examinations.
4. The arrangements of the class tests are made by the class teachers.
5. Appearance for all Tests and Exams is compulsory. In case of absence the students is given ZERO.
6. Medical certificate is not a guarantee for Promotion and must be submitted from a MBBS Medical Practitioner before exams along with the photocopy of necessary reports, presentations, cash memo etc.
7. Candidate will be disqualified from the whole exams or tests, if any unfair means are detected on their part.
8. Students who make any change in their report cards will be made to leave the school.
9. Students of class X and class XII must pass in the Half Yearly and Prelim. Exams to qualify for the final Examination of the Council. They must come to the school regularly and submit the application of their absence to class teachers immediately.
10. No re-examination will be taken in any subject after distribution of results.
11. No approach will be entertained for the sake of promotion.

2. Promotions refused will not be recognized. Parents are requested not to approach the Principal in this connection. 3. A minimum attendance of 75% of the working days is necessary for appearing in the examinations and promotions. 4. The school does not undertake the responsibility to retain answer scripts for more than two months after the examinations 5. A student failing for two successive years will have to leave the school.

1. Students are expected to take great care of the books issues to them.
2. In case any book is damaged, the student will have to replace it. 3. All library books must be returned to the library before the exam.

1. One month's notice must be given from the day of submitting the application to the Principal.
2. One month's full fees must be paid in lieu of one month's notice
3. The name of Fee Defaulters will be struck off the school rolls after 10th day of the following month.
4. Re-admission will be considered only if there is vacancy.

1. ​Students are expected to behave properly both inside as well as outside the school premises.
2. Morning Assembly is compulsory for all staff & students.
3. Late comers will be sent back to home. Door once closed will not be open for any student in any case.
4. Parents must cooperate in maintain discipline and punctuality in the school.
5. Parents must encourage their wards to speak in English even at home .All students must complete their work daily and give their notebooks for correction to teachers.
6. Children must not put on make-up and jewelry in school.
7. Students must not write on the walls or damage school property in any way. Any damage done will be repaid to the school by the defaulters.
8. No student is allowed to leave the school premises without permission from the Principal.
9. All text books and exercise books must be covered with brown paper and labeled.
10. The school will not be responsible for children after school hours.
11. At the beginning of the session, if the students are absent for the first 3 days without leave or prior information, her name will be struck off the school register.
12. Parents must fill up and sign the leave and absence record.
13. Parents are requested to notify the school for any change of their address.
14. The school is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is not advisable for students to bring valuables to the school.
15. Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their wards or to talk to teachers during school hours.
16. Parents are advised to give full medical report to the Principal in case of any disease.
17. bringing of Mobile Phone in the school campus is absolutely prohibited. Student will be rusticated in case breaking of the school rules.
